The benefits of lemon
Lemon is a citrus fruit grown in all provinces of Cameroon, it is rich in vitamin C, but also contains potassium, calcium and phosphorus.
The action of the lemon is different outside and during meals. During meals, the lemon will promote digestion and will help the work of the liver, intestine, stomach, pancreas….
Apart, the lemon essentially has a cleansing action. It's an antibiotic, an antibacterial and a potent antiseptic. Consumed regularly, the lemon helps to purify the blood, skin, lymph, intestines and liver. Half a lemon a day is enough.
Lemon is effectively associated with honey (immune system), Aloe vera (healing), ginger (cancer prevention), garlic (blood pressure), to name but a few. By consuming lemon, you take care of yourself.
