Commonly referred to as CM in the digital world, it acts as an intermediary between its employer company and the cybernauts to whom he communicates.
He conveys the trademark’s values, products, services and its digital communication. He/ she is the brand ambassador.
The required competences of a community manager vary from one task to the other; he should have a thorough knowledge on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.).
His task consists in ensuring the company’s online reputation by bringing the brand closer to its users, interacting with members of its online community by answering questions, moderating
online discussions, thus consolidating the company’s popularity and building customer loyalty.
If you have passion for this profession and always available, then go for it! By practicing, you will make a good community manager.
